I’m originally from South Wales and have been based in Norway for more than 10 years. My background has been shaped through hospitality, technology and operational support across the UK, Spain and Scandinavia.
I’ve spent years working front-line in hotels and customer-focused environments where communication, trust and practical problem solving matter. Alongside this, I’ve supported live technology operations for UEFA Conference League, Europa League and Champions League fixtures, working with systems where precision, reliability and calm decision-making are essential.
Those experiences have created an approach that combines people, operations and technology. My formal education is in cyber security, meaning every website, system and digital improvement I work on is considered with modern practices, structure and long-term resilience in mind.
